Epoxy resin binder for indoor stone carpets

This 2K binder for stone carpets is made from resin and hardener and mixed with marble gravel. It is intended for stone carpets in interiors, basements, hallways, offices, garages, parking areas, storage rooms, showrooms and halls.

The binder for marble gravel is suitable for screed, concrete, tiles and cast asphalt. It creates the base for robust, durable and abrasion-resistant stone carpet surfaces under regular use.

Use area and UV note

The binder is intended for interior areas and protected outdoor areas with limited sun exposure. For direct sunlight, use a UV-protected stone carpet binder.

Application

Clean the substrate thoroughly; use a primer if needed to improve adhesion. Mix binder at max. 450 rpm for 2-3 minutes, then add the measured stone amount. Mixing ratio: 25 kg stones to 1.5 kg binder. Process within 60-90 minutes.
