This water-based epoxy resin terrace coating offers both a durable, colored finish and effective sealing capabilities. It is highly resistant to impact, abrasion, and plasticizers, making it suitable for a wide range of surfaces.

Application Instructions for 2K Terrace Paint

1. Surface Preparation:

• Clean the surface using a special pre-cleaner or etching solution (for heavily soiled or greasy substrates).🟠
• Prime the surface with epoxy primer.

2. Application:

• Apply the epoxy terrace paint in 2 layers, with a time interval of less than 8 hours between layers.
• Optionally, sprinkle color chips or anti-slip glass beads into the still-wet epoxy paint for additional effects.
• For an extra glossy protective layer, you can apply a clear epoxy resin sealant (optional).
