2K Epoxy Floor Paint for Balconies, Terraces and Concrete

Coloured coating and sealing effect

CAIRCON 2K epoxy floor paint is a water-based, two-component coating for balcony, terrace and floor surfaces. It provides a coloured finish plus a sealing and waterproofing effect for floors exposed to moisture, wear and weather.

Use it as balcony coating, 2K epoxy terrace paint, concrete paint or garage floor paint for the supported areas of use. Suitable surfaces include concrete, cement, tiles, mineral substrates and wood.

Durable satin-gloss floor protection

The coating is weather-resistant, UV-resistant, waterproof and chemical-resistant. It is also resistant to abrasion, impact and plasticizers, making it suitable for heavily used balcony, terrace, workshop, basement, garage and industrial floor areas.

Application

Clean the surface thoroughly, especially on greasy or heavily soiled substrates. Use suitable pre-cleaning or etching preparation where needed, and prime with epoxy primer to optimise adhesion. Apply 2 coats. Optional colour chips or anti-slip glass beads can be scattered into the wet coating for added effect, and a clear epoxy resin sealant can be applied as an optional glossy protective layer.
