Epoxy mortar for durable concrete repairs

This 2K epoxy repair mortar combines epoxy resin, fire-dried quartz sand aggregates and additives. After mixing, it becomes a ready mortar for secure repairs in concrete and screed.

The concrete repair filler is suitable for spalls, holes, cracks and defects, and can also be used as a stable concrete filler on uneven areas. It fits garage floors, stairs, basement floors, assembly work and mechanically loaded or driven-over substrates in millimetre-range repairs.

Strength and resistance

The epoxy resin mortar is waterproof, frost-resistant, highly load-bearing and chemically resistant. When properly applied, it resists de-icing salt solutions, fats, fuels, oils and many diluted or mineral acids.

Application

Mix the components thoroughly and apply within the working time to the prepared substrate. Working time is approx. 30 minutes at 20 °C. Application temperature is approx. +5 °C to +25 °C.
