Washable and Highly Durable Latex Paint is suitable for interior use and offers high coverage. This interior paint is ideal for both new and renovation work in all sensitive residential and work areas. After application, stains such as tomato sauce, juice, and coffee can be easily cleaned off.

Latex paint is recommended for high-traffic areas such as commercial spaces, hospitals, schools, playrooms and children's rooms, hallways, stairwells, bathrooms, kitchens, dining rooms, etc., where a highly covering paint is needed.

Surface Preparation:

• Condition of the Surface: The surface must be solid, clean, dry, free from oil and grease, and load-bearing.
• Remove Old Paint: Remove unstable and peeling old paints.
• Remove Residues: Wash off any glue residues, paste residues, and chalky surfaces completely.
• New Plaster: Allow new plaster to dry for at least 4 weeks.
• Priming: Prime highly absorbent surfaces with a deep primer.
• Protection: Cover the surroundings with protective sheets to avoid unnecessary contamination.

Application:

• Color Check: Check the paint before application; no claims will be accepted afterward.
• Mixing: Mix well before application.
• Surface Requirements: The surface must be clean, dry, absorbent, and free from separating substances.
• Application Methods: Apply using rollers, spraying (Airless spray equipment), or brushing.
• Temperature: Do not apply below +8°C (temperature and surface).
• Tool Cleaning: Clean tools immediately after use with water and soap.
