Our 2K Binder for Stone Carpets is the ideal choice for durable stone carpets in indoor spaces as well as less sun-exposed outdoor areas. It provides a stable and resilient foundation, specifically designed for applications on screed, concrete, tiles, and cast asphalt.

Application Areas:

  • Indoor Spaces: Living areas, basements, hallways, and offices.
  • Commercial Use: Perfect for storage rooms, showrooms, offices, and halls.
  • Garages & Parking Areas: Ensures robust and long-lasting floor coatings.

Application Instructions:

Preparation: Thoroughly clean the substrate before application. A primer may be used if necessary to improve adhesion.

Mixing: Mix the binder (resin and hardener) at a maximum of 450 RPM for 2-3 minutes, then add the measured amount of stones. Mixing ratio: 25 kg of stones to 1.5 kg of binder.

Processing: Apply the material within 60-90 minutes.

Technical Data:

  • Dust-dry: 1-2 hours
  • Walkable: After 24 hours
  • Fully cured: 7-9 days
  • Suitable for: Screed, concrete, tiles, cast asphalt, etc.
  • Consumption: 1.5 kg of binder (resin and hardener) per 25 kg of marble gravel, covering approx. 2 m² of flooring.
