Uneven substrates are a common challenge. After removing the old flooring, the surface must be leveled and prepared for the application of a new covering. A stable and level substrate is essential for a durable and long-lasting floor covering.

Self-Leveling Compounds are a popular solution to achieve stable and even surfaces. Our floor leveling compound is ideal for creating a smooth base for various flooring types, including concrete, screed, linoleum, PVC, ceramic tiles, and natural stone.

Preparation of the Substrate:

1. Clean the substrate with CAIRCON Special Cleaner.
2. Roughen the substrate with CAIRCON Etching Solution.
3. Repair any existing cracks and holes with CAIRCON Epoxy Mortar.
4. Mix the floor leveling compound in a clean container with clean, cold tap water (approximately 4.75 liters per 25 kg bucket) until free of lumps and to a workable consistency.

CAIRCON Floor Leveling Compound can be covered with CAIRCON Floor Coating or 2K Epoxy Floor Coating after it has completely dried.

How to Process the Leveling Compound:

You can mix the floor leveling compound easily with a mixing device using a paddle, double-blade mixer, or mixing basket at a maximum speed of 600 RPM.
