Floor levelling compound for stable, even substrates

In renovation work, uneven floors often need to be levelled before new floor coverings or coatings are applied. This self levelling compound creates a stable, even substrate for later flooring work.

The concrete floor leveller is suitable for cement screeds, concrete, flowing screeds, raw concrete, stone floors and common construction substrates. It can be used in workshops, industrial halls, garages and similar areas. On suitable concrete and cement screed, it can also be used as an exterior self levelling compound and cementitious floor leveler under the stated application conditions.

Layer thickness and later coating

The compound levels floor irregularities from 3-20 mm and can be covered with floor coatings or 2K epoxy floor coatings after complete drying.

Application

Clean and roughen the substrate, and repair existing cracks or holes. Mix the floor levelling compound with clean cold tap water until lump-free and workable. Guide value: approx. 4.75 L water per 25 kg material. Mix with a suitable mixer at max. 600 rpm. Application temperature 15 °C to 25 °C.
