Care and Protection for Douglas Fir & Hardwoods


CAIRCON Douglas Fir Oil is a satin-matte, deeply penetrating, breathable oil specially formulated for protecting Douglas fir and other hardwoods. It penetrates deeply into the wood, leaving a satin-matte finish while allowing good breathability. The product is suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, refreshing and protecting the wood.

CAIRCON Douglas Fir Oil is not only suitable for Douglas fir but also for oak, teak, bangkirai, larch, cedar, iroko, acacia, pine, mahogany, and many other wood species.

This natural, high-quality wood oil is ideal for various applications such as fences, wooden decks, garden parquet, furniture, textured boards, privacy screens, and other wooden items.

Our Douglas fir wood care oil enhances the natural grain of the wood while providing effective protection and care. The oil prevents drying out, cracking, and greying of the wood. It is easy to apply and offers excellent performance.

Easy Application & High Efficiency for Long-lasting Protection

In addition to its protective function, this maintenance oil is easy to apply. It can be applied sparingly, ensuring high efficiency. With a 1-liter bottle, you can treat an area of up to 10 m² depending on the substrate.

For application, ensure the surface is clean, free of grease, and absorbent. A test coat is recommended before full application. Apply the Douglas fir oil thinly with a brush, avoiding excess. After approximately 30 minutes, wipe off any surplus oil with a lint-free cloth until the surface exhibits a uniformly satin-matte appearance. The wood oil should penetrate deeply into the wood and line the pores without forming a film on the surface.
