Give Your Creative Projects a Unique Touch with CAIRCON Hammer Finish Paint

Enhance your creative projects with the high-quality CAIRCON Hammer Finish Paint. This innovative paint formula combines impressive durability with a distinctive hammer finish effect, adding an industrial charm to your project.

CAIRCON 4in1 Hammer Finish Effect Paint is a specially developed solvent-based metal protection paint with a hammer finish effect, designed for protective and decorative coatings. Active rust protection pigments reliably seal the rust, while high-quality resins form a protective layer that guards against moisture and effectively prevents new rust formation. Thus, CAIRCON 4in1 Hammer Finish Effect Paint serves not only as a primer and corrosion protection but also as the perfect intermediate and top coat.

Application Areas:

  • All bare or rusty metal surfaces, such as garden furniture, stair and balcony railings, window grilles, lamps, bicycles, trellises, etc.
  • Indoor and outdoor use
  • For new coatings and to conceal imperfections on various surfaces such as mailboxes, toolboxes, grilles, metal fences, etc.

Surface Preparation:

General: The substrate must be load-bearing, clean, and free of grease.

Old Paint: Remove loose coatings. Sand firmly adhering layers and check for compatibility with hammer finish paint. If necessary, strip the entire old coating.

Applying Hammer Finish Paint:

Important: Always test a small area before painting large surfaces!

  1. Preparation: Stir the paint thoroughly before use.
  2. Application: Apply the paint evenly and thinly. After 1 minute, apply one or two additional thin coats. To avoid texture disturbances, do not rework the paint after application. The finish should result in a continuous, homogeneous layer without bubbles or defects. This ensures effective and long-lasting rust protection.
  3. Tools: The paint can be applied with a brush or roller. Work in a wet-on-wet manner to avoid marks.

Important Notes:

  • The substrate must be completely dry before treatment!
  • Do not apply at temperatures below +10°C or above +25°C.
  • Drying times at +20°C and depending on humidity: dust dry after about 1-2 hours, repaintable after about 8 hours. Fully cured after approximately 21 days (do not rework the surface during this time to prevent wrinkling).
