Stone carpet kit for wall and stair surfaces

This vertical stone carpet kit is designed for targeted areas such as walls, outdoor stairs, plinths, columns and facade-like surfaces. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor use where a seamless marble gravel wall coating is wanted.

The stone carpet binder primer set includes 1-4 mm marble gravel, solvent-free 1K polyurethane binder without epoxy resin, and a matching primer. It can be used on concrete, tiles, screed, plaster and natural stone.

Prime, mix and apply

The application follows three steps: prime the substrate, mix marble gravel with binder, then apply the stone carpet mass. In wet rooms or heavily used areas, an additional pore filler or stone carpet sealer may be applied after drying.

Application

The substrate must be clean, dry and stable. Apply primer. Apply a thin binder layer as an adhesion bridge and allow it to dry for 10-15 minutes. Mix marble gravel with the remaining binder for approx. 2-3 minutes at max. 450 rpm, then apply from bottom to top with a smoothing trowel.
