Floor coating for durable interior and sheltered exterior surfaces

This thermo floor paint is a low-odour floor coating for concrete, screed, cement, wood and metal substrates after correct preparation. It can be used on residential and commercial floors, including basements, garage floors, balconies and terraces in sheltered exterior conditions.

The coating contains special ceramic or microscopic fillers that may influence surface properties. Its thermal behaviour is described through reflection and modified heat radiation; it does not replace structural insulation or guarantee heating-cost savings.

Application boundaries

The concrete floor paint is water-based, elastic and suitable for compatible floors with underfloor heating when the application instructions are followed. It is not suitable for asphalt floors or certain chemically densified concrete surfaces.

Application

Apply to clean, dry and suitable substrates by brush, roller or airless sprayer. Two to three thin coats are recommended. Under normal conditions the surface is touch-dry after approx. 6 hours. Allow full curing before heavy mechanical stress.
